新华社华盛顿1月30日电美国财政部30日发布针对伊朗的新一轮制裁措施，涉及伊朗内政部长伊斯坎德尔·莫梅尼及多名伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队高级官员。

美财政部网站当天更新与伊朗相关的制裁名单，增加7名个人和2个实体，除莫梅尼外，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队情报部门指挥官马吉德·哈德米，以及伊斯兰革命卫队在德黑兰省、吉兰省、哈马丹省的指挥官也在制裁名单中。

欧盟理事会29日发布公报说，决定对莫梅尼等伊朗15名官员和6个实体实施制裁，相关人员和实体被列入资产冻结和签证限制名单。同一天，欧盟外交与安全政策高级代表卡拉斯说，欧盟已决定将伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队列为“恐怖组织”。对此，伊朗外交部、武装部队总参谋部分别发表声明，强烈谴责这一决定。

近期，伊朗发生骚乱事件，造成民众和执法人员伤亡。连日来，美国多次威胁军事干涉伊朗局势。特朗普29日在华盛顿对记者说，美方同伊朗方面有过对话，计划继续进行对话，并称“希望不动用武力”。“我们现在有很多非常庞大、威力强大的舰船正驶向伊朗。如果我们最终不必动用它们，那将是极好的。”
